TAP's annual collaborative PR program is built to inspire travel and visitation among leisure travelers in key geographic drive markets through positive, third-party endorsements of New York as a premier travel destination.

In 2026, the program will focus on drive market visitation regionally, both including and outside of Canada. Themes will be determined by the partners in the program.

Target Audiences:

  • Media, influencers and publications
  • Located in/speaking to leisure audiences in drive & feeder markets (ie. NY, OH, PA, MA, VT, NH, CT, RI, Canada, etc.)
  • Interests: weekend trips, outdoor activities, family travel, food & beverage, health & wellness, entertainment, and world-class attractions in nearby cities.

  • Proactive & Reactive Public Relations

  • Influencer Marketing

  • Hosted Group & Individual FAMs

  • Media Event Representation (TBD)

  • Focused Media Kit/Materials

Program buy-in is limited to 15 partners, at $3,750 per partner. Registration and planning will take place in January and February 2026, with the program running from March through December 2026.

Approx. $15,000 will be earmarked for out-of-pocket expenses.
