The Haunted History Trail is launching in Michigan

The Haunted History Trail is a collaborative, consumer tourism marketing program focused on promoting historic assets.

It began in 2013 in New York State as the first statewide paranormal program of its kind. In its 13th year, the trail continues to provide a way to reach a niche market by pooling resources on a turnkey marketing program

The New York Trail hosts a collection of over 80 haunted locations across 30 New York State DMOs.

Now the trail is expanding for the first time. In 2026, Michigan will join the program as the second state.
