Sunday, June 7

10:00 am - 6:00 pm: Registration
6:30 pm: Coaches depart Marriott El Paso for Welcome Reception at Cattlemans
7:15 pm - 9:00 pm: All Delegate Welcome Reception at Cattlemans - all attendees are invited to join us for authentic Texas heritage and cuisine surrounded by desert panoramas and ranch-style charm.
9:00 pm: Coaches return to Marriott El Paso

Monday, June 8

7:45 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast & Welcome Presentations
9:05 am - 12:11 pm: Appointments
12:15 pm - 1:15 pm: All Delegate Luncheon sponsored by I LOVE NY
1:20 pm - 3:06 pm: Appointments
3:07 pm - 4:00 pm: BREAK FOR ALL
4:00 pm: Coaches depart Marriott El Paso for evening event hosted by Visit Las Cruces
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm: ¡Viva (New) Mexico! Join Visit Las Cruces for an evening in the Historic Bordertown of Mesilla, New Mexico. Come dressed in red, green or white to explore the Mesilla Plaza on your own or take a guided tour through the Taylor-Mesilla Historic Site before enjoying a lively dinner at La Posta de Mesilla restaurant.
8:30 pm: Coach #1 returns to Marriott El Paso
9:00 pm: Coach #2 returns to Marriott El Paso

Tuesday, June 9

7:45 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast Program sponsored by Group Collect
9:05 am - 12:38 pm: Appointments

6:00 pm: Coaches depart Marriott El Paso for PPTP Appreciation Event
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm: All Delegate PPTP Appreciation Event: The event details are a surprise for our PPTPs, but dust off your boots and channel your Southwest spirit—think desert sunsets, rustic charm, and a little wild frontier flair. Whether classic cowboy or modern desert chic, this is your moment to bring the heat.
8:30 pm: Coach #1 returns to Marriott El Paso
9:00 pm: Coach #2 returns to Marriott El Paso

Morning shuttle transfers to airport & TAP Dance FAM departs
